Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Commercial accounts and act as a technical advisor across the Proofpoint portfolio. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations and drive proofs of concept to help close deals.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on cybersecurity experience, fluent Italian and business English, and the ability to travel as needed. You will collaborate with sales, channel partners, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar in cybersecurity.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent Italian and business English required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted account penetration strategies.
• Design and champion complex security solutions across Proofpoint portfolio.
• Assist in services deployments, training, and industry events as needed.
• Provide customer insights to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams.
