Job summary

WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Channel Account Manager to promote and sell our security portfolio within a defined Italian territory. You will support partners, handle quoting, training, lead generation, events, forecasting and partner growth while working closely with the Sales Engineer and country team.

The role requires 5+ years in channel sales, strong presentation and CRM skills, and the ability to work remotely within Italy. Fluency in Italian and English is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct and indirect sales in related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory quota attainment, retention and growth with partners.
• Maintain regular contact with partners to ensure satisfaction and success.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineer to generate new business and develop customers via partner network.
• Provide training and lead generation support to partners and perform demos/presentations.
