Horizon3 AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the Italian market, supporting Account Executives by explaining the value of our cybersecurity solutions. This remote role serves customers across Italy.
You will demo products, respond to RFPs, train the sales team, and collaborate with product and engineering to tailor solutions. Fluency in English and Italian is required; 5+ years in pre-sales and strong communication are essential.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/cybersecurity.
- 5+ years in Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect (cybersecurity).
- Deep understanding of cyber threats, risk management and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Highly collaborative with initiative.
- Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
Mansioni
- Understand cybersecurity products and present them to prospects.
- Engage with customers to assess cybersecurity needs and infrastructure.
- Provide live demos and proofs of concept tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design solutions.
- Train the sales team on technical aspects of products.
- Relay field feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Assist in responding to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs.
- Occasionally support post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
