Job summary

Amilon in Italy is seeking a Senior Business Developer to drive growth in the Gift Card and Fringe Benefits market. You will manage the full sales cycle, identify new corporate clients, especially HR departments, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

The role requires a proven track record in new business development, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work autonomously with regular travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development or similar commercial roles.
• Experience in Fringe Benefits, Meal Vouchers, Welfare, HR services, or related industries is preferred.
• Proven experience in new business development and customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented and consultative approach.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Italian B2B market, focusing on Gift Cards and Fringe Benefits.
• Identify and prospect new corporate clients, particularly HR departments and decision-makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Contribute to sales strategy with Sales Manager and team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with other sales teams for consistent approach and shared targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
