A leading international contractor in Italy is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in its Milan office. The successful candidate must have over 15 years of experience in international EPC or technical consulting and a proven track record of commercial success. Responsibilities include developing business development plans, managing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Power, and Energy sectors. Fluent Italian and English are essential; Spanish is a plus.
