Job summary

EcoFlow is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager - C&I to drive growth across Europe, with a focus on solar and commercial storage solutions. The role is full-time, home-office with frequent travel, requiring strong leadership and a track record in building channel partnerships.

You will identify opportunities, manage strategic distributors, and deliver targeted sales plans while coordinating with marketing and product teams. Italian market insights are essential.

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years relevant experience in sales and business development in energy or related sectors.
• Strong network with key solar distributors in Europe is preferred.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred.
• Self-driven with leadership, pragmatic and open communicator.
• Positive attitude, solution oriented, culturally aware and empathetic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow products and expand sales channels.
• Analyze market development, prospects, and competitors to shape sales strategies.
• Build long-term partnerships with solar sales channels in the EU.
• Maintain relationships with major European solar distributors.
• Plan Italian offline sales events, exhibitions and business forums.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing activities to capture opportunities.
