Greenvolt Next, a key player in renewable energy, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive opportunities in the Italian C&I solar PV market. You will identify, develop, and close high-value deals, reporting to the President and targeting 10–50 MW of new installations annually.

You should have a strong energy-sector network, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record in solar PPA project development. Fluent English is required; MBA is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with C-level decision-makers in the Italian C&I SME market within the solar PV or energy sector.
• Proven experience closing strategic negotiations with corporate clients.
• Track record in business generation and solar PPA PV project development.
• Strong ability to negotiate long-term PPA and high-value contracts.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong entrepreneurial drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Define and implement national business development strategy for Italian SME
• Identify and secure new opportunities within Italian SME C&I segment
• Manage entire sales cycle from proposal through negotiation and execution
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations with CEOs, CFOs, Procurement Managers, and business owners
• Build and maintain a pipeline capable of generating 10–30 MW of new solar PPAs annually
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments
