Greenvolt Next is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive national BD for the Italian SME C&I solar PV market. You will identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities, reporting to the President and contributing to growth targets.

Ideal candidates have a deep energy sector network, extensive experience negotiating complex deals, and a proven ability to generate and close opportunities, with a target to deliver 10 to 50 MW of new solar PV installations annually.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience with C-level relationships in Italian C&I SME markets in solar PV/energy.
• Proven record closing strategic negotiations with corporate clients.
• Strong track record in business generation and solar PPA development.
• Ability to negotiate long-term PPA agreements and high-value contracts.
• Results-driven with entrepreneurial drive and strong stakeholder skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Define and implement national BD strategy for Italian SME C&I segment.
• Identify and secure opportunities within Italian SME for C&I solar PV.
• Manage full sales cycle from proposal to contract and execution.
• Lead high-value negotiations with CEOs, CFOs, and owners.
• Build a pipeline generating 10–30 MW of annual solar PPA projects.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory developments.
