Longi Solar Europe C&I energy storage is seeking a high-performing sales professional to develop BESS C&I opportunities and drive regional targets. You will build and manage distributor, installer, EPC and system integrator collaborations while growing local sales channels and supporting partner sell-in and sell-out.

You will identify customer needs, discuss technical topics (battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, sizing) and lead the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, technical sales or BD in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.
• Experience in C&I BESS sales preferred.
• Proven track record with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.
• History of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.

• Develop BESS C&I sales opportunities and regional targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs and C&I customers.
• Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell-in/ sell-out.
• Identify customer needs and recommend BESS solutions.

• Manage full sales cycle from lead to quote, negotiation and order closing.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal.
• Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support pricing strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
