Lightsource bp is seeking a senior Commercial Engineering professional to support development across Italy and the EMEA region. You will lead technical due diligence, energy yield assessments, and LCOE optimization for new solar PV, energy storage, and wind projects.
The role requires strong knowledge across PV, BESS, and wind technologies, EPC/O&M contracts, and PPAs, with an emphasis on delivering technically robust project development and procurement solutions.
Competenze
- 7+ years of experience in Renewable Energy, Solar PV and Wind.
- Experience with Energy Yield Assessments (EYA) and performance factors for PV, BESS and Wind.
- Experience on large-scale Solar PV, BESS and Windfarm projects in the region, on Developer, EPC or Technical Advisor sides.
- Masters in Renewable Energy or related field preferable.
Mansioni
- Support Project Development in Italy and across EMEA on technical aspects.
- Lead Technical Due Diligence for acquisitions and financing.
- Undertake Energy Yield Assessments (EYA).
- Lead LCOE optimization and analyses for new projects.
- Develop Basic Design including layouts and SLDs; EPC Contract Appendices.
- Support Project Managers during construction, PAC and FAC.
- Coordinate and manage Technical Advisors locally and internationally.
