Job Description:

In TD SYNNEX, we are looking for an Internal Sales specialist within the Security Business Unit. Responsible for processes and vendor pricing, managing all quotes, and closing orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build excellent reseller and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
  • Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls and detailed customer conversations.
  • Engage in inside selling by gathering customer information and developing activity plans.
  • Manage reporting and customer backorders, and engage in project fishing.
  • Manage project end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements.
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product info, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure service level agreements with customers.
  • Achieve KPIs such as customer engagement.
  • Sell the benefits of TD SYNNEX and its value proposition.
  • Provide accurate quotations.
  • Generate and maintain a sales pipeline in CRM system.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Cyber-security skills and knowledge
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good priority management and planning skills
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
  • Knowledge of product set (desirable but not essential)
