Belmond Romazzino, a luxury hotel perched on Costa Smeralda, seeks a Front Office Agent for the 2027 season to curate guest journeys with elegance and warmth. You will work closely with guests from arrival through departure, anticipate needs, and deliver personalised experiences reflecting the Belmond spirit, while collaborating with a dedicated Front Office team in a high-end environment.

Fluent English and Italian are required; prior luxury hotel experience is preferred, and a third language

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel Front Office role.

Mansioni

• Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies and maintain high standards.
• Manage cash processing and guest bills.
• Communicate guest and group activity to internal teams.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints professionally.
• Ensure accurate collection of guest details.
• Run End of Day processes and day-end accounting checks.
• Ensure all communications are processed correctly.
