Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, seeks a compassionate Guest Relations Agent for the 2027 season to tailor guest stays and anticipate needs. You will welcome VIPs, coordinate bespoke experiences, and ensure seamless in-room introductions with empathy and flair.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury hospitality, strong CRM/PMS experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Seasonal contract, meals, and welfare perks are offered in a world-class setting.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front Office in luxury hospitality.
• Natural empathy, warmth, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving agility and creative flair in guest surprise-and-delight initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM / PMS systems.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs, repeat guests, special celebrations, and specific guest preferences.
• Contact guests prior to arrival to assist with pre-stay planning and tailored itinerary curation.
• Welcome VIP guests personally, conducting in-room check-ins and tailored property introductions.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact during stays, resolving feedback and special requests with speed and empathy.
• Coordinate bespoke guest amenities, celebratory gifts, and farewell touches with department heads.
