Belmond Romazzino Hotel Costa Smeralda in Sardinia is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager for the 2027 season. You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, delivering personalised luxury service to discerning guests and leading the restaurant team.

The role requires 2+ years in food and beverage management, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to perform under pressure. Proficiency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus.

Competenze

• 2+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities.
• Ability to anticipate needs and handle high-pressure situations.
• Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
