Job summary

Belmond Romazzino in Sardinia is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for the 2027 season to lead the Front Office team and deliver personalised, luxury guest experiences. You will collaborate with all hotel departments, ensure seamless service, and mentor junior staff while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in guest services or front desk, strong leadership and communication skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
• Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms in overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Front Office.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Create personalised and memorable guest experiences, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide service that exceeds expectations, fostering guest loyalty and retention.
