Your responsibilities
  • As Sales Specialist (m/f/d), you will report to the Regional Sales Manager of the Industrial Solutions Division and provide specialized technical support to the commercial team at both national and international levels, serving private and public customers. Your clients will mainly be from the electronic, semiconductor, and automotive sectors.
  • Knowledge of industrial microscopy or general laboratory services is highly desirable.
  • Possess a sales background with proven experience in revenue growth and market share expansion in IT healthcare sales and/or research sectors.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the assigned products for which you are responsible.
  • Organize and conduct demonstrations for national and international customers.
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
  • Engage with distributors, scientific societies, and relevant organizations to develop and maintain business turnover.
  • Contribute to the creation of advertising, promotional, and technical-scientific documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales network to optimize information flow and communication.
  • Analyze and process field information to develop recommendations for new services and products.
  • Manage customer relationships to foster collaborations that support business development.
  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, economics, or a comparable technical education.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in complex technologies.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing demonstrations and training customers.
  • Willingness to travel across Italy and Malta (limited travel in Malta).
  • Experience as a Laboratory Technician or in sales is a plus.
  • Residence in Lombardy is preferred; applications from other regions will also be considered.
