Marni Group is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist for its Head Quarter in Milan who will support the Commercial Operations Manager serving as liaison amongst Sales Team, Customer Care, Showroom and Finance and your goals will be supporting the commercial functions on the achieving of the target definend.

Responsibilities
  • Support of the planning and execution of the sales campaign :
  • Definition of the target and analysis of the forecast / trend that are upcoming from the data tracked
  • Set up of the tools that are needed during the sales campaign (digital showroom, linesheet etc)
  • Coordinating the orders upload into the system
  • Collect and consolidate the information needed from all the Areas (commercial concessions, SWOT, etc)
  • Realize the analysis requested (rolling request as well on demand request for specific topics)
  • Support the Commercial Operations Manager on the improvement projects (digital tool, BI reports, processes review)
  • Location : Milano, IT- Employment Type : Full time- Function : Sales- Seniority : Professional
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent English and Italian communication skills, written and verbal any other language is a plus
