Role Overview :

We are searching for a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to support our commercial team through efficient data management and reporting. This role maintains national sales dashboards, processes weekly sell-out and expense data, and provides KPI insights to guide business decisions. The specialist will also conduct market research, gather demand insights, and analyze industry trends. Additionally, they will support the Sales team with system data uploads, customer needs, and daily operational tasks.

Core Responsibilities :
  • Build and maintain the national dashboard, complete weekly Sell out / Sales expenses data processing and analysis, present KPI progress and support business decisions by dashboard;
  • Effectively carry out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight, and sales data analysis.
  • Cooperate with Sales team to do background support work, upload sales data on system, assist in meeting customer's needs, conduct system management.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or commercial support (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
