A leading machinery manufacturer is looking for an HRBP to manage relationships with their key customers in Italy. The role involves regular visits to clients, updating customer data, and identifying new business opportunities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of sales experience in construction machinery or cranes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, and candidates must be willing to travel extensively across Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular visits to customers, ensuring strong market coverage across Italy.
  • Create, manage, and update customer data in the CRM/database system.
  • Develop public relations and maintain reliable long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on inquiries and orders.
  • Collect project information to support sales activities and analyze competitor data to adjust strategies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of regional sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead or support commercial negotiations for key crane projects to secure regional business objectives.
  • Support financing processes and follow up on payment collection when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant experience can substitute for education.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of cranes, construction machinery, or lifting equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cranes and lifting applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Italy.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
