Confidential, a global technology company based in Italy, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive growth across the DACH and NEE regions. The role covers developing new opportunities, managing key accounts and guiding the full sales cycle in an international market.

Regular travel within the territory is required and you will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and partners to exceed targets. You will present our technical products and solutions, build long-term relationships and develop

• Proven experience in B2B sales across technical products or services.
• Experience selling to end users in construction, engineering, technology sectors.
• Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth in DACH and NEE.
• Identify, develop and manage opportunities from lead to closing.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, distributors and partners.
• Communicate regional market trends and customer needs to internal teams.
• Present technical products and solutions and demonstrate their value.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process to delivery.
• Maintain CRM data and provide regular forecasts and budgets.
