A digital fitness solutions company in Italy seeks a Business Development Salesperson to drive expansion in the fitness sector. You will target fitness boutiques, personal training studios, and other facilities to generate leads and expand the customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital or IT services, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on problem-solving. Fluency in Italian and English is required, making this a key role for growth in a dynamic industry.

Competenze

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling digital/IT services.
  • Experience in the sports industry is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

  • Research, acquire and retain new customers.

Role

As a Business Development Salesperson, you will drive the expansion of our platform by targeting fitness boutiques, personal training studios, pilates and yoga centers, and other sports facilities. Your goal is to generate qualified leads, convert opportunities into contracts, and continuously grow and nurture your customer portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Research, acquire and retain new customers
  • Manage commercial negotiations in alignment with Management
  • Develop and expand the commercial network
  • Consolidate and manage the customer portfolio
Our ideal Player
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling digital / IT services
  • Experience in the sports industry (studios, pilates etc) is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and goal-oriented approach
  • Native Italian, fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish knowledge is a strong plus
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Highly motivated and self-driven
  • Ability to independently organize workload and objectives (necessary)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
