A renowned luxury retail company is seeking a Retail Associate in Venezia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, fluent in Italian and English, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a loyal clientele. This is a temporary position with dynamic opportunities in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and playing an active role on the selling floor.
• Listening and identifying clients' needs, ensuring excellent and professional service.
• Being the storyteller—suggesting and surprising, delivering quality and consistency of service to develop client relationships and sales services.
• Guiding clients toward their choices by addressing objections and understanding what best matches their wishes.
• Accompanying clients until they leave the store holding the Orange Bag.
• Preparing for the future by building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
• Ensuring stock replenishment at all times and reporting shortages.

Profile

• Fluency in Italian and English. A third language is an advantage.
• Sales background: at least three years of experience in direct client sales, preferably in a luxury goods boutique.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
• Team player mentality to build meaningful relationships and ability to work autonomously.
• Availability, flexibility and dynamism to function in a high-paced environment.
• Determined to be part of an innovative retail project, requiring passion, motivation for selling and a strong aesthetic sense.
