Job summary

Dalux is seeking a Sales Executive in Milan to engage building owners and real estate professionals, demonstrating how our digital tools can improve daily workflows. You will develop relationships with new and existing clients, manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, and work with Customer Success for smooth onboarding.

The role requires strong communication, fluency in Italian and English, and a proactive, independent mindset, with collaboration across a small Milan/Rome team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Native or fluent in Italian and English.
