As a SaaS PortfolioRevenue Analyst at team.blue, you will play a pivotal role in driving data standardization and analysis to support critical decision-making processes that impact marketing, sales, and product strategies across our diverse SaaS portfolio companies. Collaborating closely with the central data team and various stakeholders in team.blue and our portfolio companies, you will focus on analyzing revenue and customer volume trends, identifying both short-term and long-term changes in customer performance, and providing actionable insights to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, average revenue per customer (ARPC), new customer acquisition volumes, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates.
