Job summary

Deblock is launching in Italy and seeks Commercial Representatives in Rome to put Deblock in front of cafe counters across the city. This hands-on, field-based role is performance-driven and reports to the Italy Market Lead.

You will hit cafés, gather feedback, and help Deblock stand out on Rome's café scene. Perks include unlimited free coffees and pay linked to performance up to €5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• The candidate speaks to anyone and can book conversations with cafe owners.
• Willing to walk Rome's cafés, meet many people, and pitch quickly.
• Resilient to rejection with a sharp, concise pitch.

Responsibilities

• Café Outreach: visit cafés in Rome, meet owners or managers, and pitch Deblock.
• Stand Placement: position Deblock stands where customers see them.
• Content Capture: film clips on a phone for social content.
• Own Your Day: plan routes, neighborhoods, and daily schedule.
• Field Feedback: report what works and what doesn’t to improve.
