FlexAuto in Rome, Italy is hiring a Sales Consultant to grow our client base through phone-based sales and lead management. You will handle inbound leads, reach out to potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to close deals.

You will be involved in activities to maximize conversion: qualifying leads, communicating with clients mainly by phone, answering questions, negotiating agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for closing deals and a strong work ethic.
• Customer-first mindset and commitment to quality service.
• Varied day with communication, organization and customer touchpoints.
• Independent problem solver, willing to go the extra mile for customers.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus.

Mansioni

• Grow existing customer base and meet monthly sales goals.
• Manage and follow up on inbound leads, primarily via phone, to convert prospects into customers.
• Communicate with customers to close deals and build strong relationships.
• Conduct phone-based sales activities, including needs analysis, product presentation and negotiation.
