myPOS is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Milan to introduce local merchants to smarter payment solutions and help grow their businesses. The role is field-based, offering autonomy to manage territory, build a pipeline, and own the sales cycle with internal support.

Ideal candidates bring B2B field sales experience in fintech or payments, a consultative selling approach, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in B2B field sales within fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
• Confidence approaching new businesses and starting conversations with decision makers in person.
• A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your region.
• Native fluency in Italian and conversational English.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and approach new businesses across Milan.
• Meet merchants face-to-face to understand their needs and demonstrate tailored myPOS payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work towards acquisition and commercial performance targets, unlocking additional bonuses as you exceed key milestones.
• Represent myPOS professionally at local events, trade fairs, and within the wider business community.
