Job summary

myPOS in Italy is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in Catania. You will identify and engage local merchants, present tailored payment solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

This permanent role offers a fixed salary plus uncapped commissions, structured onboarding, and extensive training. You will travel within your region, build lasting relationships, and represent myPOS at events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B field sales within fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries.
• Native fluency in Italian and conversational English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within your region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new merchants in Catania.
• Meet merchants to understand needs and demonstrate myPOS solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Build lasting merchant relationships and grow your territory.
• Work toward acquisition and performance targets with bonus incentives.
• Represent myPOS at local events, trade fairs, and within the business community.
