Hired is seeking a Strategic Project Lead for PCB & Embedded Design to guide end-to-end hardware programs from concept to production. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across PCB layout, firmware, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing partners, while shaping project roadmaps and resources.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in PCB design and embedded systems, with 7+ years of experience and 3+ years in leadership, plus proficiency with Altium, KiCad, Cadence

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in PCB design and embedded systems development, with at least 3 years in leadership/management.
• Proficiency with PCB design tools: Altium Designer, KiCad, Cadence Allegro.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute project plans for PCB and embedded system designs aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Lead collaboration between hardware engineers, firmware developers, and third-party vendors to deliver prototypes within budget.
• Manage PCB layout reviews, signal integrity analysis, and component selection to optimize performance and manufacturability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for project progress, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Present technical and business updates to stakeholders, including executives, to secure approvals and resources.
