Job summary

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian with English B2+, possess strong communication skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English language proficiency at B2+ for training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Experience in a fast-paced, international team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
