FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian speakers for a Customer Experience Project in Greece. This role offers the freedom of remote work while being immersed in Greek culture. We provide full relocation support for candidates moving from another EU country.

The position involves providing customer support through various channels and requires fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level) and a good grasp of English (B2+). Enjoy an international work environment with extensive training provided from day one.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian, with no prior experience required as full training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and can adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Mansioni

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
• Resolving customer inquiries while maintaining high service quality.

Conoscenze

Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)

Good working knowledge of English (B2+ level)

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
