WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join its international team. The role is fully remote from Greece, with a 5‑day workweek and rotating shifts, requiring Italian fluency (C1/C2) and English (B2+).

Training is fully paid, and you will assist customers via phone, email and chat. You will document interactions in CRM, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a high‑quality, multilingual support experience in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support or related roles is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
