Job summary

WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from anywhere in Greece. The role focuses on delivering exceptional Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Applicants should be fluent in Italian (C1/C2) with English (B2+) for training. Prior support experience is a plus, but not required, as full paid training is provided and relocation support is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No previous experience required; customer support experience is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
