WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping customers navigate the platform.

The role offers rotational schedules, paid training from day one, and a performance bonus up to 10%. Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) with English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
