Career Nest Academy is offering a fully remote customer support role based in Greece with a generous relocation package and paid training from day one. The position requires Italian fluency (C1/C2) and English at a B2+ level for training and internal communication.

You will work 5 days per week, with 8-hour shifts across a rotating schedule, supporting customers across platforms. Compensation is €1,045 gross per month with 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 15% and fully covered

Formación

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal comms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
