Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian, solving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction. English knowledge is required for training, with a rotating shift pattern and 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and communication.
