Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and document interactions in our CRM, delivering a high-quality, multilingual experience.

No prior experience required; fully paid training is provided, with a 14-salary scheme (€1,050 gross per month) and a performance bonus up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and document interactions in CRM.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
• Follow established productivity standards.
