Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, assist customers with platform questions, and document interactions in the CRM. Training is provided, and the role offers a fully remote setup and a multicultural environment.

The position includes a 5-day schedule with rotating shifts, 08:00–00:00, and relocation support for EU moves. No prior experience is required, but helpful for the team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
