WW Talents is looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative. The role is fully remote from Greece, handling Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure a high-quality experience.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, not required.

Mansioni

• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
