WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team and work remotely from Greece. You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus or no prior experience required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
