WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. The role is fully remote from Greece, offering paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support for EU movers.

You will provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, document interactions, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
