WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international remote team. You will handle inquiries in Italian, resolve issues, and guide customers through the platform from Greece.

Training is paid and relocation support is offered for EU movers, with an inclusive, multicultural environment. The role requires Italian fluency, English training to B2+, and the ability to work in rotating shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
