WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian (and English for training) across phone, email and chat, ensuring excellent customer experience and efficient problem resolution.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.
• Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexible with rotational shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.
• No prior experience required – paid training provided.
