WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will provide frontline support in Italian and English, resolve inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The role offers paid training, a competitive salary of €1,050 gross per month with 14 salaries, and full relocation support if you move within the EU. You will join an international, multicultural team and grow your career in customer support.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English communication at B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
