WW Talents in Greece is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative for a fully remote role. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, deliver quality service, and help customers navigate the platform.

The position offers paid training, a competitive salary package (€1,050 gross/month, 14 salaries), 100% remote work, relocation support if you move from another EU country, and an international, multicultural team.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level.
• English at least B2 for training and internal communication.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
