WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in Italian, joining an international team and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role includes paid training, EU relocation support, and up to 10% performance bonus.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
