WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a global team. This fully remote role offers training from day one, a competitive salary and relocation support for EU applicants relocating to Greece.

Work from anywhere in Greece with flexible rotation shifts. You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensure high-quality service, and document interactions in the CRM.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
