WW Talents is hiring a remote Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative in Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in Italian with English training support.

The role offers fully remote work from Greece, paid training from day one, a 14-payment salary structure, and an international, multicultural team. Relocation is supported if needed.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level and English B2+ for training.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
