WW Talents is recruiting an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle Italian inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering an excellent customer experience as part of an international team.

No prior experience is required; paid training, relocation support for EU applicants, and a competitive package are provided. 100% remote work from Greece with a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2; English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
