WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. The role offers paid training, a competitive €1,050 gross/month (14 salaries) and a performance bonus of up to 10%.

You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, with full relocation support for EU residents. Fluency in Italian and English, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international team are essential.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable with rotational shifts
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
